The State Home for Mental Defectives at Ridge, just west of Arvada, of which Dr. A.P. Busey is superintendent, is crowded to its utmost capacity with feeble-minded children and adults. There are 165 applicattions on the waiting list. These cannot be admitted unless additions are built upon the main building as vacancies occur. |
